1.  Custom Gearbox Manufacturing

We manufacture industrial gearboxes based on our own production documentation as well as customer-supplied drawings. We also offer a range of standardised gearboxes from our portfolio – a catalogue with full specifications is available on request.

2.  Gearbox Repair & Overhaul

We repair gearboxes of all types and makes – brand or original manufacturer is no obstacle. Repairs are carried out according to the customer's specification or on the basis of our own inspection report with a recommended scope of work. Where engineering drawings are unavailable, we create our own documentation, including load-capacity calculations and selection of suitable materials and heat treatment.

3.  Gear Components – Manufacturing & Supply

We supply gear wheels, ring gears, pinions, shafts and other gear components to your requirements. Production is carried out from our own documentation, customer drawings, or using a damaged part as a pattern. We have the technology to manufacture spur, helical and curved-tooth gearing.

4.  Precision Machining

We provide custom machining of mechanical parts – with material supplied by us or on customer-provided material. We machine shafts, bushings, gearbox housings and other components, including heat treatment. Complete manufacturing documentation is supplied with every order.
